With the current Superman movie due for release, it reminds me of a very surreal experience when I was a kid... Having the sketcher and inker for Superman sitting in my lounge (unknown to me at that time). When we started chatting about design/art and they said they did cartoons and offered to doodle one for me - you can imagine the expression on my face when they gave me this:
