Although Xtend-Life already had premium products, their old website was a little too tricky to get what you wanted, quickly and easily. So we helped them out. We're good like that.
We really went back to the drawing board and looked at how customers would travel through the website, what information they required and how we could improve the click through rates - that's how many people go from browsing the site into purchasing a product.
We improved the navigation creating quick links for returning and new customers and we also analysed what types of user visited the site and designed the site to appeal to these different "personas".
